Pat PKR Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pat PKR platform — whether through the website at patpkr.pro or the Pat PKR Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use any Pat PKR service.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Pat PKR platform regardless of which device or method you use to access it. They apply to all gaming activity, all financial transactions in PKR, all bonus claims and all interactions with Pat PKR customer support.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The Pat PKR platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make deposits in PKR, claim bonuses or participate in any game on the platform. Pat PKR takes age verification seriously.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is prohibited.
• You must be the registered account holder of any JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account used for transactions on Pat PKR.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or playing.
• Employees, contractors and their immediate family members connected to Pat PKR are not eligible to hold player accounts.

Pat PKR reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Pat PKR account. Multiple accounts per individual, per household or per shared device are not permitted. If Pat PKR identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances or bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration — including your real name, date of birth and contact details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Pat PKR support immediately.
• Accounts cannot be transferred to another person.
• Pat PKR may require KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification before processing withdrawals or as part of routine compliance checks.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Pat PKR are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards where applicable. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits are generally credited to your Pat PKR balance instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions.
• Bank transfers and Raast deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Pat PKR does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for gameplay may be subject to verification before withdrawal.

Pat PKR reserves the right to reverse a deposit or suspend a transaction if it is flagged during security or fraud screening. In such cases, support will contact the registered account holder directly.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from Pat PKR are paid out in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer and Raast withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. Check the withdrawal section of your account for current limits.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity and payment verification before processing.
• Pat PKR will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in the name of the Pat PKR account holder.
• Bonus-derived winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal — see Section 6 for bonus-specific terms.
• Pat PKR reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering or Terms violations are suspected.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Pat PKR offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spin grants and special promotions tied to cricket seasons such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) or T20 international fixtures. Each bonus carries its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses can only be claimed by eligible, verified players who meet the stated criteria at the time of the offer.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated on each bonus offer.
• Pat PKR reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will lapse after the stated period.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available in the Pat PKR lobby — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and sports markets — use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer formats, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by the game engine and cannot be influenced by Pat PKR, the player or any external party.

• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined according to the game's rules and the last confirmed game state recorded by the server.
• Any apparent error in a game display, payout calculation or bonus credit must be reported to support immediately. Pat PKR reserves the right to void any win that resulted from a genuine technical error.
• Players must not use any software, tool or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to bots, exploits or collusion with other players.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed for slot games are long-run theoretical averages verified by game studios, not guaranteed outcomes for any individual session.

08 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pat PKR. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in evading account restrictions.
• Using false identity information or someone else's payment credentials during registration or transactions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to interact with the platform or games.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay activity.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or system errors for financial gain — any such gains are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any competitive format on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Pat PKR staff or other players through any channel.
• Accessing the Pat PKR platform using a VPN, proxy or other method intended to mask your location or identity.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Pat PKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicious, fraudulent or potentially criminal account activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder against Pat PKR.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the account holder through the Responsible Gaming process.

If your account is suspended for a Terms violation, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real money balances may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, remaining balances will be returned via the original deposit method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may contact Pat PKR support at any time. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Privacy & Data

Pat PKR collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. This includes information provided during registration, payment details, gameplay history and communications with support.

• Pat PKR will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa as required to complete transactions.
• Pat PKR may retain data for compliance and regulatory purposes even after an account is closed.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Pat PKR is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions, connectivity issues on the player's end, or force majeure events outside our control.
• Pat PKR is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to follow these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of a verified platform error causing an incorrect payout — either too high or too low — Pat PKR reserves the right to correct the balance accordingly after notifying the affected player.
• Pat PKR does not guarantee that any particular game will be available at any specific time — games may be temporarily removed for maintenance, compliance review or studio updates.

13 Changes to These Terms

Pat PKR may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes, Pat PKR may notify registered players via the contact details on their account.

Continued use of the Pat PKR platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
